Services
TradeReadyAfrica Inc. provides counterparty verification reports, Trade Ready preparation consultations, and annual membership access. Services operate from our offices in New York and Lagos.
Membership
Annual membership grants access to member pricing on verification reports and Trade Ready services. Membership does not include reports. Reports are priced separately per engagement.
Fulfillment
Reports are prepared upon customer initiation of a specific deal. The customer must identify the counterparty to be verified. We do not initiate reports automatically.
Turnaround
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party document availability, government processing times, or force majeure.
Results
We report what we find. We do not guarantee any particular outcome. A report that identifies concerns is a successful report. We do not refund on the basis of findings.

Data
We store customer data in accordance with US and Nigerian data protection laws. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of New York County.
