Memberships

• Cancellations stop the next annual renewal.
• We do not prorate refunds for the current year.
• Refunds within 14 days of first purchase are available at our sole discretion.

Reports

• Reports are non-refundable once work has begun.
• If we accept a report engagement but cannot deliver within 30 days, you may request a full refund.
• Reports that identify concerns are still delivered and paid for.
